Cake Carnival hosted at Oliver’s House

As part of our long-standing commitment to creating smiles all around, we recently visited Oliver’s House to host our much-loved Cake Carnival – a fun-filled event famous for fabulous cake creations, delicious crèmes, sweet smiles and sticky fingers.

Oliver’s House is a non-profit organisation in Benoni. Founded in 2001, it began as a soup kitchen but has since grown into an 11-acre sustainable village providing a wide range of social services to the local community. These include numerous educational projects focusing on early childhood development, Grade 12 education and computer training.

The village is also self-sustaining with organic farming and renewable energy resources used to provide all food, power and water. Our visit to the village was an absolute delight. And what a treat it was to see all 130 kids tucking into our delicious baked creations at the Cake Carnival.

We’d like to thank everyone who helped make this day such a sweet success.
