Hotbake Systems Propriety Limited t/a Rich Products Corporation Africa and their affiliates and subsidiaries (hereinafter collectively referred to as “Rich’s,” “us,” “we,” “our,” or “Company”) have created this Privacy Policy to apply to all users of this website, https://www.richs.co.za, and all digital assets contained or offered therein (collectively, our “Services”). This Privacy Policy describes, among other things, the types of information we collect from users when you use our Services, how we use it, and your rights with respect to your information.

This Privacy Policy is integrated into our Terms & Conditions of Use (“Terms & Conditions”). By accepting this Privacy Policy and providing us with Information (defined below), you agree and consent to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

IX. TRANSFER OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

Where Personal Information is transferred outside South Africa, we ensure that the recipient country or entity provides an adequate level of protection as required by section 72 of POPIA, or that appropriate safeguards (such as contractual clauses) are in place. In addition we will ensure that prior authorization is obtained in circumstances where required.

X. CHILDREN’S INFORMATION

The Services are intended only for users over the age of eighteen (18) years of age. If we become aware that a user is under eighteen (18) years of age (or a higher age threshold where applicable) and has provided us with Personal Information, we will take steps to comply with any applicable legal requirement to remove such Personal Information.
