  • Store frozen at -18°C or below.

  • Remove desired amount of Pita Flatbreads from the case and allow to thaw at room temperature. Place unused product back in the freezer. (DO NOT THAW IN REFRIGERATOR).

  • To heat, place the Pita Flatbread in the oven at 180°C for 2-3 min, or lightly toast on a grill, in a pan or toaster until heated through. (Do not overheat as this may cause the edges to crisp).

  • Prepare or fill as desired and serve.
