Very easy to prepare – just thaw, pipe and bake.

Top quality ingredients to give you the best muffin time and time again with high inclusion coverage.

Can be used for other products like cakes or loaves.

Store frozen at -18°C or below.

Defrost batter at room temperature ( 3-4 hours out of case) or overnight at 3-4°C.

Once opened, muffin batters must be used within 24 hours (do not refreeze batters).

Place muffin liners into the pans or grease the pans lightly.

Pipe the batter into the liner. Leave approximately 1cm space between the batter and the top of the liner.

Bake at 180°C for 25 to 27 minutes.

After baking, remove the muffins from the pans and allow them to cool on a rack.
