  • Remove amount of Donuts required from tray.

  • Place Donuts in display cabinet to defrost for about 1-2 hours at ambient temperature.

  • Place the tray back into the case, for rest of donuts to be kept frozen. Ensure the donuts are well covered with the plastic bag.

  • Once defrosted and ready to use, place donuts in window box or carton box. Do not defrost or sell in clamshell.
