- A pre-whipped product means no additional utensils, whipping or cleaning required. Simply defrost before use and already whipped product is ready to ice, fill or garnish favourite beverage or dessert delights.
- Pre-Whipped Bettercreme® has been specifically formulated to have the perfect sweetness, mouthfeel and light whipped texture that is delightfully smooth.
- Keep frozen at -18°C or below.
- Before use, defrost in refrigerator for 24 hours.
- Return Bettercreme® Pre-Whip bag to refrigerator directly after each use.
- For best results, avoid kneading frozen or thawed bag.
- Do not store product in a warm area.
