- Cinnamon Bettercreme® Pre-Whip is not only made with real cinnamon inclusions, but has been specifically formulated to have the perfect sweetness, mouthfeel and light whipped texture that is delightfully smooth.
- Pre-Whipped Bettercreme® is simple, ready and easy to use with no mixing or labour required – saving operator time previously spent on thawing, dispensing, whipping and transferring product into a piping bag. Simply tear open the perforated end, position the nozzle and decorate!
- Ice or fill cakes, cupcakes and donuts or simply top or garnish beverages. Also great for waffles, plated desserts as well as on-the-go desserts. Decorating with the included star nozzle makes beautiful defined borders or patterns.
- Keep frozen at -18°C or below.
- Before use, defrost in refrigerator for 24 hours.
- Return Bettercreme® Pre-Whip bag to refrigerator directly after each use.
- For best results, avoid kneading frozen or thawed bag.
