  • Very easy to prepare – just thaw, pipe and bake.

  • Can be used for other products like cakes or loaves.

  • Store frozen at -18°C or below.
  • Defrost batter at room temperature ( 3-4 hours out of case) or overnight at 3-4°C.
  • Once opened, muffin batters must be used within 24 hours (do not refreeze batters).
  • Place muffin liners into the pans or grease the pans lightly.
  • Pipe the batter into the liner. Leave approximately 1cm space between the batter and the top of the liner.
  • Bake at 180°C for 25 to 27 minutes.
  • After baking, remove the muffins from the pans and allow them to cool on a rack.
