Coupled with easy preparation, means that operators have the flexibility to produce any size muffin to suit their operation (bake time will be dependent on the size of liner used).

- Very easy to prepare – just thaw, pipe and bake.
- Top quality ingredients to give you the best muffin time and time again with high inclusion coverage.
- Can be used for other products like cakes or loaves.
- Store frozen at -18°C or below.
- Defrost batter at room temperature ( 3-4 hours out of case) or overnight at 3-4°C.
- Once opened, muffin batters must be used within 24 hours (do not refreeze batters).
- Place muffin liners into the pans or grease the pans lightly.
- Pipe the batter into the liner. Leave approximately 1cm space between the batter and the top of the liner.
- Bake at 180°C for 25 to 27 minutes.
- After baking, remove the muffins from the pans and allow them to cool on a rack.
