  • Introducing a new savoury flavour with a hint of cheese and herbs.
  • Very little preparation needed, just thaw, pipe, fill, top and bake.
  • Can be baked into muffins, loaves, flapjacks, waffles and many other finished baked goods. Explore different flavour variants in selected baked goods.

  • Store frozen at -18° or below.
  • Thaw at room temperature for 3-4 hours, or overnight in the refrigerator.
  • Cut corner tip (2cm from edge) of batter bag with sharp scissors.
  • Pipe batter into lined muffin cases in a muffin tray, 3/4 full (+/- 90g).
  • Fill and top as required.
  • Pre-heat oven to 170°C. Bake for 20-28 minutes (depending on size of muffins) or until golden brown. Muffins are ready when they have formed a uniform peak, are golden brown and bounce back when pressed lightly.
  • Allow muffins to cool for 20 minutes before serving.
