Popcorn Chicken with a Creamy Peri-Peri Sauce

200 ml Cooking Rich™
100 ml Bottled Peri-Peri Sauce
250 g Popcorn Kernels
4 Chicken breast fillets, cut into 1.5 cm x 1.5 cm cubes
3 Beaten Eggs Seasoned Flour for Crumbing

  1. Pop the popcorn and break it down in a food processor until fine but still recognizable.
  2. Coat and crumb the chicken. Starting with the flour then egg and lastly the popcorn.
  3. Deep fry until golden brown.
  4. Serve with the delicious and creamy Peri-Peri sauce.
