Place the melting chocolate into a stainless steel or heatproof kitchen bowl and set over hot simmering water creating a double boiler. Once the chocolate is melted, remove from the double boiler and set aside.
In a separate stainless steel or heatproof kitchen bowl, heat up the Chocolate Flavoured Bettercreme® over the double boiler – stir continually until hot. Do not boil.
Slowly add the heated crème to the melted chocolate stirring gently until a smooth glossy ganache is achieved.
Cool to room temperature before using in any application.
