- Ambient stable for up to 7 days – allowing operators to prepare desserts in advance that stay fresher for longer and reduces wastage. Bettercreme® seals in moisture and freshness in cakes
- Protecting cakes from cracking, weeping and drying out. Any fruit, colouring, flavouring, acidic ingredients or alcohol can be added without affecting stability. Whip Bettercreme® up to 3.5 times its volume
- Providing a greater yield that allows operators to ice more cakes with less liquid. Bettercreme’s® perfectly sweet taste and light whipped texture is loved, globally.
- Keep frozen between -18°C and –23°C until ready to use.
- Thaw in refrigerator for 24 hours.
- Before use, shake product well.
- Pour into clean, dry mixing bowl, to approximately 20% of the bowl capacity.
- For best results, whip at 7 - 10°C on a medium speed for 6 – 10 minutes, until soft peaks form.
- Liquids, colours, fruit/nuts etc. can be added if desired.
