- Simply pan and bake.
- Store cookies at a temperature of –18˚C or below.
- Bake from frozen.
- Place frozen cookies on a lined baking tray.
- Bake at a temperature of 150˚C for 12–15 minutes
- Remove when cookies are golden brown.
- Do not over–bake as cookies continue baking after being removed from the oven. (Do not handle when hot.)
- Cool for ± 20 minutes before removing from the baking tray.
