  • Keep frozen at -18°C.
  • Allow sheets to defrost for an hour at room temperature.
  • Once the roll of dough has defrosted, lightly apply water to the whole surface. Cover the entire roll with sugar. Slice palmeir biscuits with a sharp knife, 12mm-14mm thick.
  • Place on a baking tray and bake at 180 degrees for 14 - 20 minutes until golden brown.
  • After 10 minutes open the damper to let steam out of the oven to ensure a cripy result.
