  • Our Speedibake products are pre-glazed with egg wash.

  • Place product on lined baking tray. Allow sufficient space between to allow product to double in size while baking. Do not mix variant products on baking tray.

  • Allow 3 - 6 seconds steam at the beginning of bake to all FTO Danish products. Bake with damper closed.

  • Bake for 25 - 35 minutes at 165°C - 170°C until golden brown.

  • Remove product from the oven. Finish off with glaze, sugar syrup, icing sugar. Place on display tray and merchandise.
