- Superior sponge, ensuring excellent quality and finer sponge aeration, resulting in a great-textured and light sponge.
- Excellent structural integrity - consistently moist, flavourful and easy to ice without crumbling or tearing. Slicing is easier too, with the ability to cut straight, sharp edges minimising wastage.
- Topping Tips: Decorate the cake using Rich’s® range of Bettercremes or Whip Toppings. Iced cakes using Rich’s® Bettercreme are ambient stable for up to 7 days.
- Store frozen at -18°C or below.
- Remove required number of sponges from the case and place the case back into the freezer immediately.
- While frozen, remove the wrapping and place frozen sponge on table or baking rack to thaw.
- Thaw between 20 - 30 minutes.
