Broccoli & Cheese Muffin

| 1 Tube | Rich’s Savoury Muffin Batter |
| 320 g | Grated cheddar cheese |
| 220 g | Broccoli florets |
- Pre-heat the oven to 180°C
- Chop the broccoli and combine with cheddar cheese
- Prep a muffin tray with large muffin liners
- Pipe 60g of muffin batter into each liner
- Spoon a layer of broccoli and cheese mix
- Add a second layer of batter
- Top with the remaining broccoli and cheese mix
- Bake until muffins spring back to the touch
