| 2 Tbsp | Olive oil |
| 2 | Whole garlic cloves |
| 225g | Mozzarella |
| 2 | Large tomatoes |
| Fresh basil | |
| Salt and pepper |
- Cut bread into slices.
- Drizzle with olive oil and toast until light golden brown.
- Place two slices of mozzarella on toast.
- Top with two tomato slices.
- Garnish with a few basil leaves.
- Season with salt and pepper.
