Base ice the sponge layers using Vanilla or Dairy flavoured Bettercreme®.
Dahl and stack the cake.
Colour whipped Bettercreme®. to the desired colour/s. Add a small amount of liquid Bettercreme®. to thin down each colour to a pourable consistency. Referred hereon as glaze.
Pour each of the coloured Bettercreme® glazes into an individual paper piping bag.
Drizzle rows of coloured streaks down the stacked cake to achieve the desired effect.
Top the cake with the decorative sprinkles, lollipops, jelly beans and marshmallows.
