Chocolate Chopper

We've baked up some BOO-tiful inspiration to help you dress up your bakery this Halloween

DIFFICULTY Easy to Medium

300 g Dark Melting Chocolate (Chopped, Chips or Chunks)
200 g Rich’s® Chocolate Flavoured Bettercreme®
Mrs Rich’s® Macadamia Nut Delight
Mini Marshmallows

For The Whipped Ganaché

  1. Make a batch of Silky smooth Bettercreme® Chocolate Ganache.
  2. Allow the ganache to set overnight.

 

For The Cookie

  1. Bake up an even amount of Mrs Rich’s® Macadamia nut delight cookies.
  2. Allow to cool.
  3. Whip up the chocolate ganache until soft, light and creamy.
  4. Fill a piping bag fitted with a plain round nozzle with the whipped ganache.
  5. Sandwich two cookies together using the whipped ganache.
  6. Cut mini marshmallows into triangles and press them on the chocolate ganache to form “monster teeth”.
  7. Pipe a bit of chocolate ganache on top of the cookie sandwich and press two mini marshmallows on top.
  8. Pipe a tiny dot on the marshmallows for eyes.
