- Bake the Rich’s® Tart Bases for approximately 12 min between 160 – 170°c – set aside to cool.
- In a large saucepan, pour the Tres Riches® Syrup, reserving 50 ml, and bring to the boil.
- Mix the corn starch with the remainder Tres Riches® Syrup and stir it into the boiling Tres Riches® Syrup.
- Stir continuously, cooking for approximately 5-6 minutes until the mixture thickens.
- Divide the mixture evenly between the tart bases and sprinkle lightly with cinnamon.
- Set aside for approximately 20 minutes before serving.
