Rustic Pizza Slices

1 Rich’s® Freezer-to-Oven
75 g Pizza sheet
30 g Moist shaved biltong
15 g Sliced sun-dried tomatoes
½ Parmesan shavings
10 g Ripe avocado – sliced and tossed in fresh lemon juice
Rocket
Salt and pepper to taste
  1. Place the pizza sheet on a lined baking tray.
  2. Bake for 18-20mins at 180 ̊C as per handling instructions found in the case.
  3. Once baked slice into wedges.
  4. Place onto a serving board or platter of your choice.
  5. Top each pizza slice with a unique topping: Biltong, sundried tomato and parmesan shavings or Avocado and rocket.
  6. Crack salt and black pepper over before serving.
