12 g	Rich’s^® baked chocolate cupcakes
240 g	Rich’s^® whipped European style whip topping^®
60 g	Black cherry pie filling
60 g	Chocolate shavings

Fill a piping bag fitted with a medium star nozzle with European style whip topping^®.
Pipe a double swirled nest around the outer lip of the cupcake. Be sure to leave the centre hollow.
Fill the centre with a spoonful of black cherry pie filling.
To finish coat sides of the topping with chocolate shavings.
