Strawberry Cremé Dessert Cake

| 200 g | Rich’s® Plain Biscuit Dough, baked and crushed |
| 500 g | On Top® with Cream |
| 150 g | Butter, melted |
| 250 g | Plain yoghurt |
| 80 g | Lemon flavoured jelly powder |
| 225 ml | Boiling water |
- Combine the crushed biscuits and melted butter together.
- Refrigerate to set.
- Dissolve the jelly powder into boiling water.
- Fold the plain yoghurt into the On Top® with Cream. Spoon the mixture over the biscuit base immediately.
- PRO TIP: This must be done while the jelly mixture is in liquid form, as the jelly will set.
- Remove from the tin. Garnish with fresh strawberries.
