200 g Rich’s® Plain Biscuit Dough, baked and crushed
500 g On Top® with Cream
150 g Butter, melted
250 g Plain yoghurt
80 g Lemon flavoured jelly powder
225 ml Boiling water
  1. Combine the crushed biscuits and melted butter together.
  2. Refrigerate to set.
  3. Dissolve the jelly powder into boiling water.
  4. Fold the plain yoghurt into the On Top® with Cream. Spoon the mixture over the biscuit base immediately.
  5. PRO TIP: This must be done while the jelly mixture is in liquid form, as the jelly will set.
  6. Remove from the tin. Garnish with fresh strawberries.
