Muffin Ingredients
1 Tube Rich’s® savoury batter
200 g Cheese and corn mix
200 g Olive and feta mix
200 g Ham and cheese mix

 

Ingredient Suggestions
Spinach & feta
Sticks celery
Butternut & cinnamon
Red Onion & cheese
Red pepper
Spinach & pesto
Sun dried tomato & cheese
Jalapeno & cheddar cheese

  1. Fill 1/3 of the muffin liner with savoury muffin batter.
  2. Working in rows of 4, loosely sprinkle the selected toppings on top of the raw muffin batter.
  3. Pipe a 2nd layer of muffin batter on top.
  4. Ensuring the toppings are completely encased in batter.
  5. Add a 2nd layer of topping to the batter.
  6. You should end up with three muffin variations in the same muffin pan: 4x cheese and corn, 4x olive and feta, 4x ham and cheese.
  7. Bake in an oven at 170˚C for 20-28 mins or until golden brown.
  8. Allow to cool.
  9. Serve fresh.
