The food and hospitality industry has positively received the launch of our new parbaked pizza bases. By way of example, Rich’s was recently approached to sponsor ‘The Global Pizza Challenge’ – a pizza making competition for Chefs and pizza enthusiasts wanting to showcase their pizza-making skills, cultural flavours and culinary passion.
The Global Pizza Challenge is owned and managed by Chef Martin Kobald, former President of the South Africa Chefs Association (SACA) and current Vice President of the Worldchefs Association of Chefs, and Chef Jeff Schueremans, world-renowned international chef and judge, and former Vice President & Competition Director of SACA.
This year, The Global Pizza Challenge will be held at Foodserv (Johannesburg) and be streamed live on 25 August at 10h00. On the day, 8 finalists will battle it out to win the title.
